Hurt Arm
By: JohnListen to your doctor and Wayne. Give him the rest. If he wants to continue playing in the future competitively, his arm needs it. If his coaches don't recognize that, then they need to step back and take a look at their priorities. One more thing...
Make every effort to figure out why your son's arm was injured in the first place. There is a good chance he needs work on his throwing motion. Try to find a reputable caoch in the area who can help you analyze his motion AFTER HIS ARM IS PROPERLY RESTED.
