Who Are You?
By: Scott RSeems like Darrell really got the ball rolling on this question so I thought I'd keep it rollin'.
I'm a young 47 years old with a great wife and three "crazies" (aren't all teens).....15, 17,
and 19 years old. Retired from the USAF after 25 years and hired on at Lockheed the
following week as a Tech. Writer. Almost all my AF career was on "black" programs,
aka. the SR-71 Blackbird and F-117A Stealth Fighter.
My 19 year old is finishing his soph year in college/ROTC and hopes to become a pilot
(no push from Dad). Our 15 year old is graduating from HS this spring and will enter CSU
Fullerton in the fall and our 15 year old daughter plays HS soccer, softball, cheerleading, and
runs a 4.8 40 which blows away most boys.....needless to say the track coach is begging her
to give up softball and turn out for track. I'm blessed for all 3 of my kids and my wife who has
patience that never ends during baseball season (does it ever end??).
Managing and coaching youth baseball for my 17th year.....still love it except the never
ending parent situations (not problems since I usually handle them with upfront honesty).
Thanks to all of you for your inputs, candor, and at times over-technical answers. If AL
reads this.......the archives has me (Scott R.) confused with Scott......two different people
but one great name..........................
"BBR"
Scott R.
